Serve Memphis Region low-income fathers who face barriers to engagement with their children by providing education and support toward economic stability, healthy marriage/relationships, parenting. - Serve Memphis Region fathers who face barriers to engagement with their children by providing education and support toward economic stability, healthy marriage/relationships, parenting. Structured Employment Economic Development Corporation (Seedco) will serve 325 fathers annually in the Greater Memphis Metropolitan region (Shelby County and Tipton County, Tennessee, and Crittenden County, Arkansas) through a comprehensive program combining parenting and healthy relationship education as well as economic stability services. The program will implement 24/7 Dad for parenting skills, The Blueprint for healthy relationships, and Seedco U for employment readiness with case management and job placement assistance. Seedco will engage fathers by providing tools to strengthen family relationships, improve parenting skills, and achieve economic self-sufficiency. Over the five-year project period, Seedco expects to serve 1,525 fathers, with 1,375 completing at least 90% of required workshops, and place 610 participants in employment.
