Assistance Listing
The TAGGS Assistance Listing Report provides detailed award information for a single Assistance Listing. The data provided is from FY 2008 or from the start date of data collection through the present. For information prior to FY 2008, please use the TAGGS Advanced Search.
In the top display you will see the name of the primary Assistance Listing, agency, assistance type, and any popular name it might use, along with the 5-digit Assistance Listing Number.
Assistance Listings consisting of Direct Payment Awards may not contain links to additional recipient and award information. Direct Payment data is often collected as aggregated payments to a state to protect the personal information of the assistance recipients.
Along with the bar chart broken up by Issue Date or Funding Fiscal Year, there is also an exportable table below that groups by Issue Date or Funding Fiscal Year and shows the recipient name, state, award number, award title and amount from each award action.
By using the radio buttons, you may view data by the Issue Date Fiscal Year of by Funding Fiscal Year. In most cases, the Issue Date and Funding Fiscal Years coincide, although in some cases, delays in issuing an award and award close outs will cause the Issue Date of an award to be outside the of the Funding Fiscal Year.
Table data can be exported by choosing one of the export-format icons located at the top right of the table. Export file formats include:

Objectives: The various initiatives included in this assistance listing are: Delta Region Community Health Systems Development enhances health care delivery in Delta Region through technical assistance (TA) to providers in select rural communities, including Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs), small rural hospitals, Rural Health Clinics (RHCs), and others. Delta States Rural Development Network Grant Program funds organizations located in the 8 Delta states through planning, implementation, and development of integrated health care networks. Delta Region Rural Health Workforce Training addresses the need in healthcare facilities for trained administrative support or business operations professionals in rural communities. Delta Health Systems Implementation Program (DSIP) improves healthcare delivery in rural areas by implementing projects that improve financial sustainability of hospitals and increase access to care. Delta Region Maternal Care Coordination improves and expands access to and coordination of perinatal health care services in Delta Region. Delta Rural Integrated Health Network Program supports the planning and development of rural integrated healthcare networks in the Delta Region. This approach links rural healthcare network participants together to improve collective capacity to address local challenges, expand access, and improve care quality in the rural communities they serve. Rural Northern Border Region (RNBR) Outreach Program promotes the delivery of health care services in the rural NBRC service area. Rural Northern Border Region Network Planning (RNBR-NP) Program supports new or strengthens existing rural health care networks in the Northern Border Region to improve health care services and associated outcomes, achieve efficiencies, and strengthen the rural health care system. Rural Behavioral Health Workforce Centers-Northern Border Region creates a collaborative approach to provide career and workforce training activities in NBRC region to assist individuals affected by SUD. Rural Communities Opioid Response Program-Northern Border Rural Workforce (RCORP-NBRW) improves health care within the rural service area by enhancing behavioral health workforce capacity. Appalachian Region Healthcare Support Program enhances health care delivery by improving financial and operational performance through intensive TA to providers in rural communities, including CAHs, small rural hospitals, RHCs, and other healthcare organizations.
