The coalition will prevent and reduce youth substance use by implementing the following strategies: To enhance its Drug Free Communities (DFC), ETC plans to use STOP funds to reduce underage drinking, increase awareness within the community about the social and behavioral effects of drinking and effect town/school wide policy changes pertaining to youth and alcohol.
HHS’ Tracking Accountability in Government Grants System (TAGGS) website provides access to detailed descriptions of grants, loans, aggregated direct payments and other types of financial assistance awarded by the HHS Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) and the Office of the Secretary Staff Divisions (STAFFDIVs).
