The Coalition will prevent and reduce youth substance use by implementing the following strategies: implementing the Strategic Prevention Framework; strengthening community capacity and coalition sector membership; reduce underage drinking and increase the perception of harm of marijuana use; implement social marketing campaigns; and implement environmental strategies.
HHS’ Tracking Accountability in Government Grants System (TAGGS) website provides access to detailed descriptions of grants, loans, aggregated direct payments and other types of financial assistance awarded by the HHS Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) and the Office of the Secretary Staff Divisions (STAFFDIVs).
