The coalition will prevent and reduce youth substance use by implementing the following strategies: Increase community collaboration; reduce access and increase barriers to illegal use of prescription drugs; increase partnerships with pharmacies, hospitals, and health care providers by recognizing their participation in prescription drug abuse prevention; reduce access and enhance barriers to pro-marijuana merchandise at community events and festivals; and implement health communications campaign to counter pro-marijuana messages.
HHS’ Tracking Accountability in Government Grants System (TAGGS) website provides access to detailed descriptions of grants, loans, aggregated direct payments and other types of financial assistance awarded by the HHS Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) and the Office of the Secretary Staff Divisions (STAFFDIVs).
