Rape Prevention and Education - Sexual violence is a pressing public health concern for the citizens of Missouri. The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services will utilize funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to address sexual violence in Missouri through the use of comprehensive primary prevention strategies using the best available evidence. Strategies selected to prevent sexual violence will focus on the community and society and address social norms that support violence, help to create protective environments, and strengthen economic supports.
HHS’ Tracking Accountability in Government Grants System (TAGGS) website provides access to detailed descriptions of grants, loans, aggregated direct payments and other types of financial assistance awarded by the HHS Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) and the Office of the Secretary Staff Divisions (STAFFDIVs).
