High-Impact HIV Prevention and Surveillance Programs for Health Departments - The aim is to execute a comprehensive, person-centered HIV prevention and surveillance program, geared towards preventing new HIV infections and enhancing the well-being of individuals living with HIV. This endeavor will be closely aligned with DHP's strategic focus areas, emphasizing community engagement, health equity, and holistic approaches to HIV prevention. Furthermore, the program's implementation will prioritize flexibility to adapt to the evolving HIV epidemic, ensuring that resources are allocated accordingly. It will also maintain stringent adherence to data security and confidentiality best practices in HIV data collection and reporting. Additionally, the program will actively address social and structural determinants of health within its programming to maximize impact.
