The Connecticut Department of Public Health (CTDPH) is requesting funds to support viral hepatitis surveillance and prevention. The Integrated Program will expand upon existing surveillance activities and capacity across three units within the Department (HIV and Viral Hepatitis Surveillance, HIV and Viral Hepatitis Prevention, Immunizations and Epidemiology and Emerging Infections) and expand upon viral hepatitis prevention activities and capacity. CTDPH is requesting funds for Component 1-Surveillance, Component 2-Prevention, and Component 3-Special Projects.
