Enhancing STI and Sexual Health Clinic Infrastructure in the Montgomery County Health Department - The Montgomery County Health Department will utilize existing infrastructure to strengthen and enhance its clinical capacity to deliver comprehensive sexual health services to priority populations. These services include but are not limited to targeted outreach, STI/HIV prevention education, pre and post test screenings, testing, STI treatment, vaccinations, and linkages and referrals to social services providers. The Montgomery County Health Department will partner with local community organizations to include community wellness programs, federally qualified health clinics, law enforcement entities (sheriff, city police departments, and parole offices), educational institutions (colleges and universities), substance abuse treatment providers, and homeless service providers.
