Phelps County Child Advocacy Network will implement the Drug Free Communities Program in the municipalities of Phelps County, Missouri. The coalition will address alcohol, marijuana, and e-cigarettes by implementing evidence-based prevention education to 6-12 graders, engaging stakeholders to influence community-level and environmental change, and advocate for policy changes that will reduce youth substance use in the target area.
