Reach Out will offer Sober Truth on Preventing Underage Drinking Act activities including the overarching goals of increasing community collaboration in the Inland Region of Southern California on the issue of underage drinking, and increasing regional capacity for the Partners for Innovative Communities (PIC) coalition. Reach Out will reach these goals by: 1) Conducting community and media outreach activities on underage alcohol issues 2)Conducting community town halls and education campaigns 3) Training local law enforcement, chambers of commerce, and city governments on Responsible Beverage Service and Sales (RBSS) 4)Facilitating the creation of policy changes at the city level that decrease youth access to alcohol
