Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota and its Title X Family Planning Project Delegate agencies are the only providers of subsidized, comprehensive reproductive health services throughout the entire state of Minnesota. Despite a decline in teen pregnancy rates in recent years, disparities is unintended pregnancy, STD transmission, and access to family planning services persist for Minnesota adolescents, communities of color, and rural residents. A Title X grantee since 1971, Planned Parenthood is uniquely positioned to reduce these health disparities and ensure access to family planning services for communities throughout Minnesota. Planned Parenthood and its Delegate agencies through the Title X Project propose to serve 58,801 patients with medical and education family planning services with the 2014 Title X Project.
