Tapestry Health, Inc., will provide a complete range of required and recommended Title X services across western Massachusetts in 2014. In all, 15,100 visits to 10,000 individuals will be provided, including 7,250 females and 2,750 males, at 8 sites located across Berkshire, Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden Counties, as well as on board the agency's Mobile Health Initiative van. Of the 10,000 people served, 7,500 individuals are projected to live at or below 100% of the federal poverty level, while an additional 1,915 individuals are projected to live at or below 101%-250% of federal poverty. Additional program components include specialized male services, community-based education, outreach, insurance enrollment, and client navigation. An ongoing quality assurance evaluation and annual independent A-133 audit will ensure programmatic and fiscal success.
