Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota has been the leading provider of quality, comprehensive, compassionate, and confidential family planning health care and education in Minnesota for over 90 years. Our Title X Project, which comprises 15 service sites strategically located throughout Minnesota and telehealth services, is the only network of family planning providers serving the entire state and delivering family planning services to people from low-income families and rural communities in accordance with Title X Program Regulations, QFP requirements, regulations regarding sterilization of persons in federally-assisted family planning projects, and legislative mandates. If funded, our Title X Project will be ready on day one to effectively and efficiently serve the people in need of family planning services in Minnesota. During the first year of the project period, Planned Parenthood’s Title X Project will serve at least 51,000 unduplicated clients statewide. Our network of family planning providers are best suited to ensure that quality family planning services are delivered in a client-centered manner across Minnesota.
