Arizona Family Health Partnership will provide Title X services throughout Arizona via its network of subrecipients. - The Arizona Family Health Partnership (AFHP) is a private non-profit organization that has served as a Title X Arizona grantee since 1983. All direct services through the Arizona service area grant will be provided by a network of 14 subrecipients and 67 health centers comprised of federally qualified health centers, county health departments, reproductive health centers, and one children’s hospital. Additionally, AFHP will fund seven potential special projects to advance health equity and access to reproductive health services and education. A minimum of 61,000 family planning clients will be served per year and at least 65% of clients will be at or below 100% FPL. Family planning services are provided by all subrecipients which encompass reproductive life planning, health screenings, health education and counseling, referral services, pregnancy testing and counseling, assistance to achieve pregnancy, basic infertility services, STI/HIV education, screening, testing, and treatment, preconception health services, adolescent-friendly health services, and a broad range of family planning methods, including natural family planning methods and long-acting reversible contraceptives. AFHP’s subrecipients provide comprehensive primary care services either on-site or through referral agreements. AFHP promotes family participation and resisting coercive relationships all the while providing confidential services to minors and complying with all Title X and Arizona legal requirements regarding mandatory reporting. As the leading expert on family planning service delivery in Arizona, AFHP is dedicated to providing and improving access to high-quality reproductive healthcare and advancing health equity. AFHP is the only agency in Arizona with the capacity, staff, and expertise to administer Title X funds with integrity and without a gap in services.
