TRUE Dads - A rigorously tested program designed to help strengthen fathers' positive engagement with their children and co-parenting partners, while improving economic stability. - TRUE Dads will provide a center-based, high-intensity Responsible Fatherhood program serving Oklahoma City community fathers alongside a supporting individual (co-parent). The project will deliver a 24-hour curriculum focused on strengthening fathers' positive engagement with their children, promoting healthy relationships with co-parenting partners, and improving economic stability through job-driven employment services. TRUE Dads will serve 1,022 parenting teams over five years, with comprehensive case management, employment-focused coaching, and barrier-reduction supports to ensure successful participation. The program builds on ten years of evidence-informed implementation with proven impacts on fathers' incomes, reduced depression, decreased destructive communication, and improved family outcomes.
