Pathway, Inc. Brothers United - Pathway, Inc. Brothers United (BU) will provide a comprehensive fatherhood program serving 900 adult fathers in Lucas County, Ohio over five years. The program will implement a four-week intensive curriculum including the National Partnership for Community Leadership Fatherhood Development curriculum, Basic Training for Couples for healthy relationships, and Workplace Survival Skills for economic stability. BU will serve fathers through both in-person and virtual workshops, with case management support to address individual needs through referrals to community partners. The program aims to improve parenting skills, co-parenting relationships, and economic stability for fathers, ultimately serving approximately 160 fathers annually with demonstrated positive outcomes in previous implementations.
