Guided by Dad- Fatherhood program designed to improve marriage/relationship, parenting skills and economic stability and self-sufficiency of program participants. - Family Enrichment Network will implement the Guided by Dad program to serve 200 fathers and 50 couples/co-parents annually in Broome, Chenango, and Tioga Counties in New York. The program will provide research-based curriculum including 24/7 Dad and PREP 8.0 to improve parenting skills, relationship quality, and economic stability. Through comprehensive case management, job readiness training, and partnerships with community organizations, the program will help fathers develop nurturing relationships with their children, improve co-parenting relationships, and achieve greater economic self-sufficiency. Services will be delivered at three locations with transportation, childcare, and meals provided to eliminate barriers to participation.
