Family Road Youth Empowerment and Sucess ! -FRYES!: Ready4Life - Family Road of Greater Baton Rouge will implement the FRYES! Ready4Life program to serve high school youth in grades 9-12 across East and West Baton Rouge Parishes using the Love Notes 4.1 SRA Adaptation curriculum and Money Habitudes for Teens. The program will deliver services in traditional and alternative high schools, focusing on building relationship skills, promoting healthy development, and supporting successful transitions to adulthood. Partnerships with local school districts, workforce development agencies, and community organizations will enhance program delivery and sustainability. The project will serve 750 youth in Year 1 and 1,000 annually in Years 2-5, totaling 4,750 participants over the five-year project period.
