Project Harmony - Tailored Support for Stronger Relationships - The University of Central Florida will implement Project Harmony, a comprehensive relationship education program serving married and committed couples in Central Florida. The project will deliver 12 hours of curriculum-based intervention to couples, consisting of 8 hours of core relationship education using the evidence-informed PREP 8.0 curriculum and 4 hours of tailored content through three specialized tracks: Unite in Harmony (relationship skills), Raise in Harmony (parenting), and Shield in Harmony (first responder couples). The program will enroll 250-300 couples annually and retain at least 200 couples each program year, with participants receiving communication skills training, conflict resolution strategies, and stress management techniques. Services will be delivered in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties, with the project expected to serve over 1,200 couples during the five-year grant period, strengthening relationship satisfaction, family stability, and community well-being.
