Healthy marriages and relationships program (Project FORWARD) to serve 900+ adults at-risk in Nassau, Queens and Suffolk Counties, NY with outreach, engagement, and relationship education - Central Nassau Guidance & Counseling Services will implement Project FORWARD (Facing Obstacles in Relationships and Work with Action, Resources, Direction) to serve adults in Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens counties. The project will provide marriage and relationship education using Love Notes 4.1 and Mind Matters curricula, case management, and economic stability services. The program will serve individual adults experiencing mental health and substance use disorders, low-income individuals, single parents, and those with criminal justice involvement. Over the five-year project period, Project FORWARD will serve 900+ adults through workshops, case management, and job and career advancement services.
