Effective Digital Relationship Interventions for At-Risk Adults - The University of Miami will provide the Our Relationship program, a digital relationship education curriculum with coach support, to adult couples and individuals in Miami-Dade County (FL), Broward County (FL), and Los Angeles County (CA). The program consists of 12 hours of core content delivered through a smartphone app or website, complemented by five to six 30-minute coaching calls via Zoom. Participants identify, understand, and solve relationship problems through structured activities and guided conversations. The project will serve over 3,800 adults over five years, with at least 2,250 completing 90% of programming.
