The Waadookodaading Immersion Charter School will build Ojibwe immersion ¿language nests¿ for infants and toddlers, and expand the pre-school immersion programming. This project will also expand inter-generational language learning, through family language classes, seasonal immersion feasts and other immersion programs involving parents, grandparents and elders of young children. This project is scheduled to be completed within 36 months from the date of award.
