Strengthening Kinship and Family Services through Integrated Data, Shared Vision, and Coordinated Care - The Nez Perce Tribe will implement a comprehensive project to integrate their Tribal TANF and Indian Child Welfare programs through a shared case management system. The project will deploy the Tribal Assistance Server (TAS) across both programs to enable real-time data sharing, integrated service plans, and improved coordination for at-risk families and kinship caregivers on the rural Nez Perce Reservation. Key activities include establishing shared protocols, implementing coordinated case management systems, enhancing supports, delivering workforce development, and training staff in trauma-informed practices.
