As the lead agency of the Regional Performance and Innovation Consortium for Region VII, KACAP will work with its peer associations in Iowa, Missouri, and Nebraska to implement coordinated training and technical assistance (T/TA) for CSBG-eligible entities (CEEs) across the region.Our work will involve assessment of T/TA needs in each state, identifying shared needs, sharing information and resources, and developing strategies and approaches to address those needs. We will work both collectively as a region and as individual state associations to address T/TA needs regarding the Human Capacity and Community Transformation (HCCT) approach and in the CSBG performance management framework. A key element of our work will involve a regional convening event bringing together CEEs, state associations, state CSBG offices, and other stakeholders to share information about highlighted HCCT initiatives.
