The Transitional Living Program, McLean County, IL provides street-based outreach; safe, stable, and appropriate shelter; and comprehensive services to youth ages 16 through 21 who have run away from - The Transitional Living Program (TLP) (CX) provides safe, stable, and appropriate shelter for runaway and homeless youth ages 16 to under 22 for up to 18 months and, under extenuating circumstances, can be extended to 21 months. TLPs provide comprehensive services (e.g., basic life skills, educational and job attainment opportunities, counseling) that supports the transition of homeless youth to self-sufficiency and stable, independent living.
