A comprehensive supportive services housing project to continue and strengthen Transitional Living Program activities which integrates in-place Basic Center and Street Outreach Programs to create an unduplicated continuum of care system of service for older homeless youth in Sacramento County, California. Goals and objectives meet the legislative goals of the Runaway and Homeless Youth Act to assist homeless older adolescents and young adults, including pregnant and parenting homeless youth, achieve self-sufficiency and avoid long-term dependency on social services. Shelter, skills training, and comprehensive supportive services are provided to homeless youth age 16-2 1 for a continuous period not exceeding 18 months.
