Health Center Controlled Network - The Mid-Atlantic Association of Community Health Centers (MACHC) will ensure participating Maryland and Delaware community health centers are prepared to submit required data to the Uniform Data System, advance IT initiatives that support patient access to care, promote the use of health information to identify care gaps, understand how to best meet patients' needs to access care, and use data and analytics to improve quality measures. MACHC will also ensure centers are supported with operational and financial data to support value-based care objectives and optimize staffing structures. As Maryland and Delaware community health centers advance efforts with Medicare and Medicaid value-based payment, education and training regarding coding to support accurate risk-adjusted coding, quality improvement, and technology-based efficiencies will be prioritized.
