National Training and Technical Assistance - This project aims to develop a comprehensive, user-friendly web-based platform that serves as a central repository for evidence-based interventions, resources, trainings, and materials related to HIV care, treatment, and support services. This initiative addresses the critical need for accessible and up-to-date information on HIV best practices against the backdrop of funding reductions and recent executive mandates emphasizing technological efficiency. A centralized platform will streamline access to vital information for health care providers, community organizations, stakeholders in HIV programs, and individuals living with HIV. The proposed platform will be designed using human-centered principles to ensure it meets the specific needs of diverse users. It will include tailored content for program recipients—such as training on pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and oral health care resources—and incorporate data-driven insights to enhance user engagement and use of resources. The platform will serve health care practitioners involved in HIV care delivery, community organizations supporting individuals with HIV, stakeholders at national and local levels in HIV programs, and people living with HIV who require easy access to relevant information. By addressing gaps in current services—such as limited access to tailored resources for low-literacy community members or clinicians needing updated training—this project aims to improve outreach efforts toward those who are out of care or not virally suppressed. Overall, this initiative seeks to enhance the effectiveness of HIV care by improving access to resources while aligning with Federal mandates aimed at modernizing public health communication strategies.
