Project Abstract¿ ¿ The Albuquerque Area Dental Support Center (AADSC),¿is operated by Native American Professional Parent Resources (NAPPR), Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The AADSC¿has historically and will continue to¿provide support, guidance, training and enhancement to all of the¿Indian Health Service¿(IHS)¿defined¿Albuquerque Area dental programs to ensure that the combined impact of AADSC and Area dental programs result in measurable improvements in the oral health status of the American¿Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) patients served.¿¿ ¿ The AADSC has developed and maintained productive, responsive relationships with the IHS and Tribal dental programs¿as well as various community partners¿since its inception in 2001. As a result,¿the AADSC¿have a keen understanding of the challenges and strengths of individual dental programs, as well as the Albuquerque Area¿(AA)¿as a whole.
