Capacity to Serve Rural Underserved Populations: Our consortiums will utilize expertise in educating and training respiratory therapy and public health professionals from diverse and underserved populations. The consortium members will also leverage vast experience in providing high quality care to rural underserved populations with an emphasis on improving health equity. 10. Funding Preference: South Dakota State University is requesting a funding preference based on qualifications 1 and 2. Beadle County is in a designated HPSA and in a MUC/MUP. 11. Special Consideration: South Dakota State University is requesting special consideration based on the inclusion of a signed MOA/U from all network partners included in Attachment 11.
