Working Together Works 3 - The purpose of Working Together Works 3 (WTW3) is to continue the work of the 2014 WTW and 2015 WTW2 initiatives, specifically to further develop the collaborative effort around implementing the statewide strategic plan developed as an outcome of WTW and provide community/region-identified training and other infrastructure development activities. WTW3 will continue to use a regional approach to develop one voice for recovery in Indiana through the following objectives of: 1) six communities will implement mental health and addictions-related training programs; 2) 400 people in the mental health, addictions, and related workforce will be trained in specific mental health- and addictions-related practices/activities; 3) 15 newly credentialed/certified to provide mental health- and addictions-related practices/activities that are consistent with the goals of the grant; 4) 40 people in recovery from mental illness and/or substance use disorders, and/or family members will be credentialed/ certified to provide mental health- and addictions-related practices/activities; 5) 25 organizations will collaborate, coordinate, and/or share resources with other organizations as a result of the grant; 6) 90 percent of advisory group members will be people in recovery from mental illness and/or substance use disorders, and/or family members; 7) 30 people in recovery from mental illness and/or substance use disorders, family members, youth and young adults representing peer-run and family-run organizations will be engaged in planning and promotion activities; 8) 10 people in recovery from mental illness and/or substance use disorders, family members and youth will be engaged in evaluation oversight, data collection, and/or analysis activities; 9) 1000 individuals will be exposed to mental health and/or substance abuse recovery awareness messages; and 10) 1000 individuals will be contacted through program outreach efforts.
