PAR ADOLESCENT RECOVERY AND INTERVENTION SERVICES (PARIS) - Operation PAR, Inc. has created PAR Adolescent Recovery Integrated Services (PARIS) to increase the capacity to deliver family-centered treatment and recovery support services for youth in underserved areas of Pinellas County, Florida. The program will serve 180 substance abusing youth ages 12-17 and their families over three years utilizing the evidence based A-CRA/ACC model. PARIS has four goals: (1) Expand utilization of existing outpatient substance abuse treatment capacity, including treatment retention and continuing care, by youth from underserved areas through use of innovative technology such as E-Therapy; (2) Expand treatment capacity by 50 new outpatient A-CRA treatment slots per year for each year of the project (150 total); (3) Provide geographically accessible continuing care services to youth and families in the target area according to the ACC model and, (4) Increase the rate of family involvement in treatment.
