EL CAMINO AL FUTURO - Behavioral Health Network (BHN) proposes to create a substance abuse treatment program for adolescent youth and their families, based on the Family and Adolescent Centered Treatment (AAFT) model, which includes the Assertive Community Reinforcement Approach (A-CRA) with an intensive case management component (ACC) within a wrap-around system of services in the community. The program will serve 64 youth 12-17 years old and their families annually and 192 clients and families over the three-year grant period. The program involves outpatient treatment for an average of 90 days 14 sessions and concurrent intensive case management for an additional 180 days.
