A SAFE HAVEN FOUNDATION GRANT FOR PROGRAMMATIC DIRECTIVES - RECOVERY ORIENTED SYSTEMS OF CARE - A Safe Haven Foundation proposes to provide services to individuals who are in recovery and are non-violent ex-offenders. Services include health and wellness screenings, case management, treatment, transportation, life skills and job training, and housing placement. The goal is to assist clients in achieving sustainable long-term recovery and housing. The project will serve 25 individuals during the one year grant period.
