Idaho Access to Recovery (IDATR) is planning to serve adolescents re-entering the community from an Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections State residential center or County detention facility, people who have committed a misdemeanor and are on supervised probation, National Guard Members, and for all of IDATR's identified target populations. In year one, 900 individuals with SUD and misdemeanant charges will be served, with 1,000 served each year in years 2-4 for a total target of 3,900 individuals over the life of the IDATR project. In year one, 75 adolescents transitioning out of a detention facility back to their community will be served, with 100 served each year in years 2-4 for a total target of 375 individuals over the life of the IDATR project. We Plan to serve 100 National Guard members (male and female, all ages and all races/cultures/ethnicities) with SUD in year one, with a focus on those returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. The IDATR will serve 200 National Guard veterans per year in years 2-4.
