AMITY OFFENDER REENTRY PROGRAM - Epidaurus dba Amity Foundation seeks to create an Offender Reentry Program (OW) for Women. The OW will provide high quality case management and facilitate comprehensive behavioral health treatment to adult women paroling to Bernalillo County from Grant's Prison and secondly, adult women who have been incarcerated, convicted, and serving their sentence in the Albuquerque (NM) Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC). All women will have a substance use disorder(s). Women will be recruited, assessed and linked to case management services and discharge planning before being released. Women will be discharged during the day and transported to the first point-of contact community provider.
