Adolescent Recovery-Oriented System of Care for Adjudicated Youths Pima Prevention Partnership, a non-profit adolescent treatment, prevention and academic services organization in Tucson, Pima County, Arizona is seeking funds to expand and enhance an Adolescent Recovery-Oriented System of Care (AROSC), aimed at 210 adjudicated youths (ages 14-18), over the life of the project, who have substance use and co-occurring disorders. Aside from institutionalizing the AROSC in Pima County, Arizona, additional goals include reducing recidivism and sustaining sobriety among the target population. Highlights of performance objectives include: o By September 30th at the end of each grant year, 80 percent of program participants will have indicated significant reductions in substance use; o By September 30th at the end of each grant year, 70 percent of program participants will have reported decreases on the General Crime Scale; o By September 30th at the end of each grant year, 70 percent of program participants will have shown improved school attendance and performance; and o By September 30th at the end of each grant year, <38 percent of youths who completed treatment will have recidivated into Juvenile Court within one year of enrollment.
