The primary care training location is The Wright Center for Community Health, an FQHC Look-Alike serving Northeastern Pennsylvania across the counties of Lackawanna, Luzerne, Wayne, Pike, Monroe, Susquehanna, and Wyoming. The populations served include rural and urban, 19.47% are children aged 18 and younger, and 14.77% of which are older adults (65 and over). 25.87% are racial and/or ethnic minorities, and 66.69% are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guideline. 6.
