The Coalition will prevent and reduce youth substance use by implementing the following strategies: Strengthen collaboration among communities, the federal government, state/local government , and tribal governments; enhance intergovernmental cooperation and coordinate on the issue of alcohol use among youth; and serve as a catalyst for increased citizen participation and greater collaboration among all sectors and organizations of the community that demonstrate a long term commitment to reducing alcohol use among youth.
HHS’ Tracking Accountability in Government Grants System (TAGGS) website provides access to detailed descriptions of grants, loans, aggregated direct payments and other types of financial assistance awarded by the HHS Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) and the Office of the Secretary Staff Divisions (STAFFDIVs).
