The coalition will prevent and reduce youth substance use by implementing the following strategies: The goal of this proposed project is to strengthen collaboration by enhancing and expanding the current efforts of the Coalition (GBC) and its Action Committees to implement evidence-based strategies, policies, practices, and programs that will prevent and reduce underage drinking and high risk/binge drinking among youth.
