The Coalition will prevent and reduce youth substance use by implementing the following strategies: Expanding Youth Rising Leadership Institute by incorporating youth action research projects; expand youth rising theater troupe in schools and throughout the community; develop Sources of Strength projects in schools; provide teen social nights at the growing teen center; and providing at least three community-wide prevention projects to highlight local underage drinking conditions and STOP Act grant projects.
