The Coalition will prevent and reduce youth substance use by implementing the following strategies: Educate and promote the adoption of family-friendly policies among local retailers and public event hosts and increasing awareness among parents about the Social Host Ordinances; Conduct media campaigns and work with parents to raise awareness about under-age drinking; and Engage youth as leaders among their peers and in the community.
