The Coalition will prevent and reduce youth substance use by implementing the following strategies: Implementation of a policy in Central City requiring businesses that sell alcohol to participate in Responsible Beverage Server training; work with the Mount Vernon and Lisbon Police Departments and Linn County's Sherriff's Office to implement a Shoulder Tap Program; and implement town hall meetings; and educate Cornell College's Alcohol EDU Program on the Social Host Ordinance.
