SPF engage comm. in assessment, capacity bldg, planning, implementation, & evaluation - The coalition will prevent and reduce youth substance use by implementing the following strategies:serving communities by developing new collaborative partnerships; reducing drug and alcohol misuse, abuse, and overdoses in people across their lifespan; implementing community-wide initiatives promoting health and well-being; and building resiliency in youth and young adults ensuring success.
