Jackson County Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition - The Coalition will prevent and reduce youth substance use by implementing the following strategies:strengthen its collaboration, structure and capacity and its membership; maintain the basic framework of Most Teens Don't; increase youth perception about the dangers of smoking marijuana, smoking tobacco and drinking alcohol; and expand a network of existing coalitions working in youth substance abuse prevention.
