Youth Empowerment Southcoast! (Project YES!) - The purpose of Project YES! is to enhance local capacity and mobilize community resources in order to provide comprehensive substance abuse and HIV prevention strategies that support racial/ethnic minority adolescents (ages 13-17) and young adults (ages 18-24), including MSM youth in the catchment area. The goals of Project YES! are to: 1) Increase access to care and improve SA/HIV and VH health outcomes for at-risk minority adolescents and young adults; and 2) Reduce HIV and VH infection and prevent the onset of SA among at-risk minority adolescents and young adults.
