The Coalition will prevent and reduce youth substance use by implementing the following strategies: build leadership and community membership; increase awareness and barriers to youth alcohol, marijuana, and prescription drug access; and collaborate with parents to provide awareness, information, and support to increase parental perception of risk of alcohol, marijuana, and prescription drug use.
