The Coalition will prevent and reduce youth substance use by implementing the following strategies: work with law enforcement to implement underage party patrols and DWI checkpoints; conduct media awareness and educational campaigns; and work to increase the consequences of underage substance abuse by mandating attendance at Alcohol and Other Drug Awareness Classes and victim impart panels for infractions.
