Integrated HIV/AIDS & SA Prevn. Proj. for Navajo Nation - Dine College Integrated HIV/AIDS and Substance Abuse Project for the Navajo Nation plans to partner with the Navajo AIDS Network (NAN), a community-based organization (CBO), to provide Navajo Nation-wide integrated HIV/AIDS and substance abuse prevention. The Tribal College and the CBO have already established a strong partnership in previous outreach activities and plan to expand current HIV services in a joint effort to decrease new incidence rates of HIV in the college-age population on the Navajo Nation. Dine College's HIV Program has provided HIV prevention education since 1991, and since 2010, the program has implemented OraSure and Rapid HIV screenings, counseling, and referral services.
